Know, that you don't have to face your challenges alone and I offer a space where you can come as you are.

diversity and authenticity, self-inquiry and connection, creativity, light-heartedness
I embrace diversity, and I honor who you are and how you identify. With this understanding, I hope to build an authentic client/therapist relationship. We will work together guided by self-inquiry to further make a connection to what it is you are seeking in the therapeutic process. I also see therapy as creative, a way to cultivate new ways of addressing and supporting your unique needs. I welcome light-heartedness and humor into our sessions. I believe therapy does not have to feel stuffy.
I am trained in several evidence-based approaches, my modalities include strength-based, culturally affirming, I utilized Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT,) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness practices and somatic psychotherapy.
