Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not bill insurance companies directly. Currently, I am accepting private pay clients and am happy to provide monthly receipts that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for information regarding out-of-network benefits.
Please pay with either cash or check at the time of each appointment or online through the Simple Practice Client Portal. HSA (health savings account) cards are also accepted.
Sliding Scale
A sliding scale based on household income may be offered on occasion. I reserve several spots in my schedule to offer these sliding scale fees, and when possible I will work with you to find a way for therapy to be financially sustainable. If my fees deter you from receiving care, I encourage you to consider these quality low-cost mental health services in Amarillo. If I’m unable to see you myself I’d be happy to offer you referrals.
Canceled /Missed Appointments
A scheduled appointment means that a span of time is reserved only for you. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance; otherwise, you are responsible for the full session fee. If you are late your appointment will still have to end on time for the courtesy of my next client and the fee remains the same because your fee is based on the amount of time reserved, not the amount used.
