This is for individuals who are seeking to integrate yoga as part of their self-care routine. If you need guidance on how to start a home practice or want to learn some more about yoga and modifications in order to feel comfortable attending a public yoga class. Yoga sessions are also available to adults, children, and teens who would like to use yoga as a way to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress.
